As we attempt to uncover the truths of life, we need only reflect upon the truths of nature. As we attempt to reconcile the complexities of value, death, purpose, change and abundance, we need only reflect upon the simplicities operating beyond our back doors.

For whatever truths are operating fully within the latter, are operating fully within the former. The universe is never preferential or fickle.

Physical death (which is natural) is nature's remedy for physical suffering (which is not).

The flower, exposed to an environment which is harsh beyond the capacity of its body to endure, will die. Its physical form will be released and in so doing, it will transcend the environment.

The animal, exposed to an attack which is harsh beyond the capacity of its body to endure, will die. Its physical
form will be released and in so doing, it will transcend the attack.

The human, exposed to a disease which is harsh beyond the capacity of its body to endure, will die. Its physical form will be released and in so doing, it will transcend the disease.

You see, death is not the experience of ending that which was. Death is the experience of transcending that which is.

So while an earthly perspective perpetuates the illusion of death as the opposite of life, a spiritual perspective grants an understanding of the former as a necessary bit player in the eternal extravaganza that is the latter.

Death is necessary in life.

Destruction is always necessary in creation. http://www.RadicalEssays.com
